Shipping policy

Everything is made by hand in small batches, then packed and sent from the coast.

UK delivery

Standard delivery arrives in 2–3 working days. Free on orders over £40 — below that, the cost is calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Pre-orders

Some pieces can be pre-ordered before a batch is finished. If your order contains a pre-order item we'll hold the whole order and send it together once everything is ready. If you'd rather have the in-stock items sooner, email us and we'll split it for you.

Outside the UK

We're UK-only for now. If you're further afield and want something, email us and we'll see what we can do.

If something goes wrong

Small batches mean the occasional delay, and we'd rather tell you than leave you wondering — if anything is going to take longer than expected, we'll email you.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll chase it.
